Ben's Birthday!

Today is my little baby Benjamin's 2nd birthday! I can't believe how fast he grew! We didn't do much today, since we had a family party a couple of weeks ago. But he had a good day at home with his family, played with his brother and sister, and stayed up a little late!

Hmmmmm

Not a whole lot on my mind today. I realized that I haven't been posting pictures lately. I never have the camera ready when the cute times happen, but I usually take them with my phone. Which means I need to upload those onto the computer so I can post them.

We are heading down to Tacoma tomorrow for my nephew's baptism (Ben, Kim's). The kids always love going to hang out at Grandma's with cousins!

Still Sick.....

I forgot to update you on the whole being sick thing. I have/had a bad infection in one of my teeth, so I was on antibiotics for that. They gave me thrush again. Went to the doc for meds, and found out I also have a sinus infection. Can't take meds for that since it will make thrush worse. So basically, I feel awful, miserable, all of that. AND it hurts to swallow, drink, eat. Life just keeps handing me lemons.......and I'm getting really tired of lemondade. Anyone want a lime-aid!!

What's On My Mind......

Ok, I have a lot of totally random thoughts going on.......
-I got a comment from Kristin on here, I didn't even know she read my blog.
-If you have a blog out there, and you don't know if I know about it, please send me a message to make sure I do
-My kids are getting grumpier as the week goes on. Is it Friday yet???
-I can't forget to switch the laundry, then fold and put away those last 2 loads. I will feel like I've accomplished soooooo much if I can just get the laundry done.
-I've been hearing the song "Halleluia" a lot lately. That, and for about 2 weeks straight there was this whole "death" theme going on. Every tv show I watched, every news story, everywhere someone was dying. Not sure what it's about, and it may sound totally creepy, but I've prayed about it, and I feel like it's Heavenly Father's way of preparing me for something. I don't know when, but sometime. Is that totally horrific?
-I wish Gilmore Girls was on all the time. I have all the seasons on dvd, I'm just too lazy to get up and put them in right now.
-I hate this cold. Someone please make it go away!
-I totally lost it with the credit card people last night. They had called like 7 times, and I just kept ignoring it. So finally, when they called again 5 minutes later, I picked up the phone, and with one breath said "Yes this is Julie, no we can't pay you and no I don't know when we can, please stop calling!"
-I know that was mean, but seriously, they call dozens of times and everyday we tell them that we can't even pay our mortgage, and then they call back the next day and it's like they expect something to have changed! UGH!
-I'm not going to mention how nicely the kids are playing right now.
-I'm glad I planned something fast and easy for dinner tonight. It's almost 3:30 and I haven't gotten a shower yet....so yeah, it's that kind of day.
-I just saw a commercial for stretch mark lotion. Too bad the "models" showing off their lack of stretch marks would be more believable if they had an ounce of fat on them.
-Many of you may not know that I chopped my haor off a couple weeks ago. I cut off about 11 inches. Then she thinned and layered it all over, it's super cute!
-I cleaned out my friends box on FB the other day, got rid of about half my friends. Figured if I hadn't checked up on them or talked to them in the last 10 years or so, why would I now?
-I need to go through my cloethes and give away about 80% of them that don't fit anymore. Anyone want em?
-I start training tomorrow for Popcorn Fridays at school. I somehow volunteered to chair it next year. And I need some help.
-I love the Dr.Oz show. How can one man know everything??
-I have a friend who has lost 30 lbs in the last 2 months, and I'm insanely jealous of him. He runs and works out almost everyday.
